Hemank Dabhade is an entrepreneur and engineer passionate about electrification, battery technologies, and sustainable innovation. He is the Founder of Northway Motors, and Founder & Director of NT Power Systems Pvt Ltd, companies known for pioneering electric mobility solutions in India. With over a decade of hands-on experience in EV powertrains, battery systems, and engineering services, Hemank has built a strong reputation for technical excellence and business leadership. Through his latest venture, NT ONE (Owned and Operated by Naman Technologies BV), he focuses on bringing world-class electrification products and solutions to Europe, bridging global technology with local expertise to drive the future of mobility and energy.
